We also commit to only deal with one law firm in any specific locality, for specific claim types, so there is no conflict with activity being undertaken for any other firm.
On the SEO side, we also commit not to undertake SEO activity for any other law firm on the keywords that we work on for you, again to avoid any conflicts of interest.
We utilise a Multi Agency approach to deliver the results in each channel. Experience tells us that some Agencies are better than others in different channels. If you deal with a single Agency for all channels, you are likely to be let down in certain areas.
Also, because we are a Marketing Consultancy company, we are able to engage with those Agencies who already supply media services to other national brands in the market. You would be unlikely to be able to access those Agencies on a direct basis.
But probably most important of all, we have years of experience in successfully marketing both our own legal brands and other solicitor clients brands. We’ve been through the learning curve in all the channels proposed, we know the pitfalls and how to maximise returns because we’ve made those mistakes in the past, with our own money.
Prima Legal Marketing will provide you with a “one stop” management service to implement all of your Direct Marketing activity. That includes liaising with all the different Agencies and you, from creative design, through planning, implementation, testing and measuring outcomes, and making recommendations for change.
We will provide you with a detailed suite of management reports for each individual channel, and engage with you in management meetings at least monthly.
We have already negotiated the best prices with a number of Agencies providing media services in each of the relevant channels and you will achieve economies of scale as a result of being part of the PLM buying group, along with our other solicitor clients.
Our management fees are intended to be fully transparent.
You will pay each Agency engaged on a direct basis, so that you have a clear line of sight on what your money is being spent on, in each channel. PLM will then charge you a monthly management fee according how much you spend across all the channels.
Our management fees reflect the amount of time and effort we spend with you as a client.
Our fees are expressed as a percentage of your spend with the various Agencies we appoint on your behalf across all the channels and are set at 10% + VAT of your monthly spend.
We normally ask firms to engage us on a minimum 18 month rolling contract to provide the various Direct Marketing services, with appropriate exit clauses in certain circumstances.
